Archive

The WBR maintains an extensive archive relating to buildings in Wiltshire. This will include reports, maps, plans and photographs and some unique reports by WBR not held elsewhere. Being co-located with the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre we also have access to their records including mapping and a wide range of related sources such as commercial directories, sale particulars and genealogy records.   

Access is open to any member of the public who wishes to undertake research into a building. The WBR office is open on a Tuesday and at other times when the Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre is open, by appointment.  

The Wiltshire and Swindon History Centre is open Tuesday to Saturday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
